Tom Wilson is a highly acclaimed British film director and writer, renowned for his creative versatility and engaging storytelling. Currently based in Romania, Tom hails from Lancashire and holds a degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics (PPE) from Oxford University, a foundation that has shaped his thought-provoking work.
Tom’s feature film Matthew Mark Luke John earned a Best Performance nomination at the Raindance Film Festival 2019, and won Best Indie Feature and Best Actress at the Los Angeles Film Awards. His debut documentary, The Bucuresti Experiment, took home Romania’s National Film Award for Best Documentary.
Tom has directed projects around the world for global clients including Netflix, Samsung, Vodafone, Orange, and Red Bull, and has created documentary films for the BBC.
